 <li>Create an account. Download the On Demand Calgary Transit app and complete the registration process through simple steps.</li>
 <li>Book a ride. Input your pick-up and drop-off addresses. Review the proposed travel options and select one that suits you by tapping 'Book This Ride.'</li>
 <li>Meet your driver. Use the app to find your designated pickup point, which may require a brief walk. This ensures minimal detours, thereby expediting your journey.</li>
</ol>

The routing for each trip is tailored to accommodate the immediate needs of customers using that vehicle, allowing for variability in trips while ensuring efficient and timely arrivals.

The On Demand service is inclusive and accommodates strollers, children, pets (in small carriers), service animals, as well as luggage and groceries, provided they fit comfortably within the vehicle.

For those requiring wheelchair accessibility, a simple adjustment can be made during the booking process. Users can tap their profile picture at the top of the app menu and enable the Wheelchair Accessibility toggle to ensure appropriate vehicle arrangements are made.
